Arrivals pickup
Pickup defaults to meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall after you clear customs — your chauffeur waits with a name sign. Domestic and connecting arrivals can also use the T1 or T3 Limousine pickup zones on the arrivals level if you prefer curbside.
Departures drop-off
Departure drop-off is on the Departures level directly outside your terminal. We recommend arriving 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic.
Domestic arrivals
Domestic arrivals: your chauffeur meets you either curbside on Arrivals Level or inside near the escalators — whichever you prefer, arranged at booking.
International arrivals
International arrivals: standard meet-and-greet inside the terminal after Canada Border Services. Sign held with your name; luggage help included.
Meet-and-greet
Meet-and-greet is included on all Pearson international arrivals at no additional cost. For premium arrivals, we can meet at the jet bridge on request.

For international arrivals your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall after customs, holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals can be met curbside on the Arrivals level or inside — whichever you prefer at booking.
How early should I book a departure from Pearson?
For international flights, plan to be at your terminal 3 hours before departure. For domestic flights, 2 hours. We'll suggest a pickup time based on your terminal, flight time, and current GTA traffic patterns.
