Bookings & confirmations
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our dispatch team, including chauffeur assignment and vehicle details.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup for standard airport transfers. Cancellations inside that window may be subject to the full quoted fare. Group bookings, wedding coordination, and long-distance trips carry separate cancellation terms disclosed at booking.
Vehicle substitution
Specific vehicle models may be substituted with a similar or upgraded vehicle of equal or greater capacity.
Passenger conduct
Passengers agree to behave lawfully and respectfully in the vehicle. Damage caused by passengers is billed at repair cost plus vehicle downtime.
Liability
All vehicles carry commercial insurance meeting or exceeding Ontario requirements. Our liability for delays outside our reasonable control (weather, road closures, airport disruptions) is limited to the fare paid.
