How to Choose the Right Airport Transfer Vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or Sprinter)

Passengers, bags, weather, and vibe — a practical framework for picking the right vehicle without overpaying.
Count people first, bags second
A sedan seats three adults — comfortable for two, tolerable for three. An SUV seats up to five with real headroom. A Sprinter covers 10 to 14. Start there, then check that your bags fit.
Real luggage math
A sedan trunk fits two large checked bags and two carry-ons. An SUV cargo area fits up to five large checked bags plus carry-ons — but only if the third-row seats are down. Sprinter luggage capacity varies inversely with passenger count.
Weather matters
In January slush and February snow, an SUV or Sprinter gives you clearance and stability that a sedan cannot. If your trip is between December and March and cost isn't the deciding factor, upgrade to SUV.
The vibe question
For a milestone arrival, a VIP Luxury SUV or a Party Bus / Limousine turns the ride into part of the celebration. For a routine business trip, an Executive Sedan is often the right (and cheaper) call.
Frequently asked questions
